Trilogy Investment Company, a vertically integrated residential development and investment firm, has closed a construction loan for REV3 at The Celeste, a 172-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Huntsville, Alabama. The financing marks another milestone for the development as vertical construction officially begins following completion of sitework earlier this year. 

 

REV3 at The Celeste is the second community within Trilogy Investment Company's build-to-rent opportunity zone fund with Pinnacle Partners, which is focused on delivering rental housing across high-growth Sun Belt markets.

Located on Plummer Road in North Huntsville, REV3 at The Celeste will feature 172 three-bedroom townhomes with open-concept floor plans, modern interiors, and attached garages, offering the space and functionality of single-family living with the flexibility of renting. Planned community amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor gathering spaces.

 

REV3 Homes, part of Trilogy Investment Company, will serve as the builder for the community, bringing more than 125 years of combined residential construction experience. The project reflects Trilogy's continued investment in build-to-rent communities designed to meet evolving housing demand across high-growth markets.

 

The community offers convenient access to Highway 255, Interstate 565, Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, and downtown Huntsville. Residents will also be near retail and dining destinations, as well as regional attractions including the Huntsville Botanical Garden and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.

 

Initial home deliveries are anticipated in early 2027.

Trilogy Investment Company, a vertically integrated residential development and investment firm, has closed on Solomon Farms, a 219-acre master-planned community in Statesboro, Georgia. The joint venture with landowner RLB Squared, a family office based in Bluffton, South Carolina, represents the largest land and mixed-use development closing in the company’s history and marks a significant milestone as Trilogy continues to scale its platform across the Southeast. Diversified Investment Group, led by Jeff Levitan, supported the transaction as a co-investment partner of Trilogy.

 

The joint venture reflects continued momentum in 2026 as Trilogy expands its investment activity across multiple product types and markets. Solomon Farms also marks the firm’s entry into the student housing and multifamily sectors, further diversifying its residential platform while advancing the growth of its land development platform.

 

Solomon Farms is a multi-phase, mixed-use community that will bring together a range of residential and commercial uses less than one mile from the main entrance of Georgia Southern University. Upon completion, the development is planned to include more than 1,200 residential units and four commercial parcels.  Residential components are expected to include 298 fee-simple single-family detached lots, 101 build-to-rent townhome lots, a two-phase student housing community with 672 apartment beds in phase one and approximately 700 cottage beds in phase two, and 300 multifamily units, along with retail and commercial space designed to serve both residents and the surrounding community.

Solomon Farms will be developed in multiple phases and is designed to create a connected, walkable environment serving a broad range of residents, including students, young professionals, families, and long-term renters.
