Tranquil Terrace and The Plymouth offer efficiency/studio and one-bedroom senior living options with community activities and 24-hour attendants.

"The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) is pleased to partner with Allied Orion and their team for property management services," said Patricia Rice, Executive Director of the Winter Park Housing Authority. "Allied Orion Group was selected because of their experience managing multiple property types, including public and other assisted housing. WPHA is excited about the enthusiasm Allied Orion Group has already shown by 'hitting the ground running' in making a smooth transition. Their focus on resident satisfaction was the distinguishing feature that separated them from other management companies.  Any good property management company can take care of buildings, but Allied Orion Group demonstrated a commitment to the people who make the apartments their homes."
