Visions is the second successful launch of a residential real estate project for UNCG in Orlando. The company recently sold 75% of The Flats Resort & Spa, a 160-unit, wellness-certified, boutique condo hotel located in the heart of Kissimmee, that will span two acres and offer luxurious health-conscious amenities.
