Kadima Developers announced that its newest development, Seven Park, will begin condominium presales after securing city approvals and entitlements. The $70 million, mixed-use project is located at 218-220 SE Seventh Street, ideally situated between Hallandale Beach and Aventura.
Seven Park will feature 121 residences and four new ground-floor retail spaces totaling 4,500 square feet. The eight-story, 200,000-square-foot development is directly across from Peter Bluesten Park, a 16-acre park offering an artificial turf soccer field, three baseball fields, a stage, playground, and tennis, basketball and racquetball courts. Residences start at $375,000.
Kadima Developers acquired the 1.1-acre development site for $5.3 million in 2024.
Seven Park aims to elevate the growing Hallandale Beach area. Residences range from studios to three-bedroom units, spanning 500 to 1,645 square feet. Each home will boast floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of lush parks and the surrounding cityscape, luxury Italian kitchens and baths, and curated common area interior design from Addison House. Residents will also have access to furnishing packages.
