Initial 186 residences now being leased; welcoming new tenants

 ATLANTA The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the southeast, has received its Certificate of Occupancy (CO) for the initial phase of its Star Metals Residences, the residential component of the visionary Star Metals Atlanta mixed-use development in West Midtown.
