SPRINGFIELD, Missouri -- Matt Cuellar recognized radio show personality known by the name Cuervo will host a brand-new podcast sponsored by TLC Properties: The Local Lifestyle Podcast (LLP).
This podcast will highlight tips for apartment-style living with lively discussions about local businesses and restaurants, local entertainment, and feature locally recognized guest hosts.
LLP is the first podcast of its kind, ideal for anyone who’s ever lived in, is living in, or has thought of living in an apartment. Listeners will find it informative, relatable, and humorous – a must for the success of any podcast.
Cuervo knows no boundaries and will speak on topics relating to apartment-style living vs. living in a single-family home. He will share apartment life hacks such as plants that thrive in low-light and animals best suited for small spaces, as well as tips on organizing and decorating and general information on how to get involved within your community.
