KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING Significantly Expands in Central and Southwest Florida with More Than 6,000 Units

08 September 2025

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, continued its impressive expansion in Central and Southwest Florida with the addition of more than 6,000 units. KWPMC secured notable new community assignments in the Orlando, Venice, Naples and Marco Island markets.

Just north of Orlando, KWPMC was awarded management of Victoria Park Community Council, which serves 3,519 units. Victoria Park is a master-planned community with a variety of neighborhoods situated among parks, lakes, natural conservation areas, walking and bike paths.

KWPMC’s Southwest Florida expansion includes the Grand Palm Master Association in Venice. With 1,734 units, Grand Palm is an amenity rich, nature-focused community featuring an on-site activities coordinator, state-of-the-art fitness facility and two resort-style pools.

In Naples, KWPMC was awarded management of the 500-unit Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes community. This gated community of single-family homes was developed by national builder Taylor Morrison and is conveniently near the popular beaches of Marco Island – along with the dining and shopping in downtown Naples.

KWPMC also added the 265-unit Gulfview Club in Marco Island to its Southwest Florida portfolio. Gulfview Club is one of Marco Island’s most desirable beachfront condominium communities, as each individual unit has a balcony with Gulf of Mexico views and the building is located directly adjacent to the members-only resident beach parking and picnic area.

“We continue to demonstrate our unmatched ability to enhance a wide range of luxury communities across Florida,” said KWPMC Partner and Senior Vice President Zuly Maribona, who oversees the company’s strategic growth in Southwest Florida, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. “KWPMC already has a large presence in Central and Southwest Florida, and we are preparing for further growth over the rest of 2025 and beyond due to the strong demand for our best-in-class services.”

It also onboarded more than 850 new employees in 2024 to keep up with the demand for its best-in-class services.

One of the fastest-growing property management companies in the U.S., KWPMC manages more than 100,000 units and employs more than 2,900 team members. Recently, KWPMC was listed among the top 20 largest employers in South Florida. Since its inception, the company has experienced tremendous growth organically.
