Expanding its California portfolio, San Diego-based Sunrise Management has taken over day-to-day management of Arte West, a 228-unit, four-story luxury community in Santa Ana, Calif., and Arte, a high-end 182-unit apartment community on 4.4 acres in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

Completed in 2019, Arte is a class A development located at 10130 Foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga – consisting of six, four-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The spacious and carefully designed apartments feature a patio or balcony, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, luxury tile back splashes and walk-in closets. Community perks include a large skydeck with outdoor kitchen and BBQ fireplace, bar area with lounge seating, TV entertainment wall, fire tables, pool and spa, two-story fitness center with spin/yoga room, game room, wine room, clubroom lounge and dining area, cybercafé, dog park and many other amenities.

Arte West, at 3630 Westminster Avenue in Santa Ana, is a one-building development with studio homes and one-, two- and three-bedroom options. Select units feature soaring 18-foot-high ceilings and mountain or pool views. All are outfitted with modern finishes such as hardwood floors and granite countertops, in-unit washer/dryers and high-end stainless-steel appliances and fixtures, as well as private patios or balconies. Amenities include a 60-foot swimming pool, hot tub and cabanas on an expansive pool deck as well as CHISEL, a strength and cardio fitness lounge created by world champion boxer and celebrity trainer Danny Musico. Other perks for residents include a clubhouse with a resort-style indoor/outdoor lounge with game tables, workstations, a chef-quality catering kitchen and TVs.

Both properties are owned by Sunrise Management client, Providence Capital Group.

“We are proud to oversee day-to-day management for both of these dynamic Southern California communities,” said Theresa Cordero, chief operations officer at Sunrise Management. “Each is a high-quality multifamily asset and is ideal for residents in search of an active Southern California lifestyle.”
