Adela MiMo Bay, Hidden Lake and Vista Lago in Miami, Stellar at Emerald Hills in Dania Beach, Camila in Kissimmee, 79West in Panama City Beach strengthen multifamily management firm’s portfolio
Miami, FL (Feb. 1, 2022) - RKW Residential, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily management firms, opened several brand-new apartment communities in South Florida and added communities in Central and North Florida to continue the firm’s aggressive expansion in the state. The latest additions increase RKW’s Florida portfolio by more than 1,500 units.
In South Florida, RKW is overseeing management and leasing of Adela MiMo Bay and the lease up of recently delivered Hidden Lakes in Miami, Vista Lago in Miami Gardens and Stellar at Emerald Hills in Dania Beach. Adela represents RKW’s first partnership with Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE).
Located at 6445 NE Seventh Ave. in Miami’s emerging MiMo district, Adela is a 236-unit community built in 2020 with a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The community is minutes from Miami’s Edgewater, Midtown and Wynwood neighborhoods.
Vista Lago is located at 482 NW 207th St. in the heart of Miami Gardens, a centrally located city for professionals who work in downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale. The 401-unit community has a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Hidden Lake is a brand-new 133-unit community nearing completion at 12950 SW 127th Ave.
Coastland Construction is the developer of both Vista Lake and Hidden Lake.
The Stellar Communities-developed Stellar at Emerald Hills is located at 5840 Lake Shore Drive. It has 197 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with spacious layouts.
In Central Florida’s Kissimmee, RKW took over management and leasing of Camila (formerly Legacy Parc). The 308-unit community is located just minutes from Disney World and offers a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The 79West community in Panama City Beach is an expansion of RKW’s existing relationship with Bluerock Real Estate. It has 304 units, with a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
