29th Street Capital Acquires Greenhouse Apartments; Property is Firm’s 11th Houston-Area Acquisition
29th Street Capital (29SC), a privately-held real estate operator, has acquired Greenhouse Apartments, a Class A+, 350-unit asset located in the Katy/Cinco Ranch submarket of Houston. 29SC plans to add value to the three-year-old property by upgrading the landscaping, adding a package locker system and making technology improvements.

ATLANTA (August 10, 2020) – Berkadia announces it has secured debt for the acquisition of two apartment communities located in Decatur, Georgia. Beacon Real Estate Group, of Coral Gables, Fla., acquired the 168-unit Domain at Cedar Creek and 164-unit Gateway at Cedar Brook apartments for a combined $46.1 million.
