Berkadia Scores $26.25 Million Loan for Westside Capital Group’s Acquisition of Tampa Multifamily Community

DENVER – JLL announced today that it has closed the sale and financing of Copper Canyon, a 222-unit, garden-style apartment community in the Denver suburb of Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

TAMPA, FLA. – JLL announced today that it has closed the $103.45 million sale of 500 Harbour Island, a 235-unit, luxury high-rise community in Tampa.

Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading multifamily brokerage firm, recently brokered Dover Court Condominiums for $12.5 million in a Section 15 deconversion sale. The buyer, Neriel Lagoon LLC, acquired the property and will convert all of the units to apartments. The deal was brokered by Kiser Group’s Rick Ofman and Andy Friedman.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Franklin Street arranged the sale of North Cornerside Apartments, a five-unit rental property located at 1751 NE 56th in the Coral Ridge Isles neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. 

Franklin Street’s South Florida multifamily investment sales team, which included
Dan Dratch, Ryan Wold and A.J. Stanford, represented both the seller, Florida-based Maven Real Estate, LLC,  and the buyer, a local private investor, in the $696,000 transaction.  The asset traded for $139,200 per unit, making it the highest per unit values ever sold for a 1960s property in Fort Lauderdale’s Coral Ridge Isles area.
