Association with more than 2,000 homes highlights many new management additions in Broward and Palm Beach counties

Notable new additions to KWPMC’s portfolio include Pembroke Falls, one of the largest homeowners’ associations in southwest Broward County.

KWPMC was awarded several additional community assignments in Broward and Palm Beach counties, including:

• Ocean Grande, a luxury oceanfront condo building with 76 units in Hillsboro Beach

• Yacht Haven Park & Marina, a motorcoach resort on more than 20 acres fronting the New River in Fort Lauderdale

• Covered Bridge, an active adult community with 960 one and two-bedroom units, 936 villas and 25 townhomes on 113 acres in Lake Worth
