Mill Creek Announces Start of Preleasing at Modera West LA Apartments

Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced the start of preleasing at Modera West LA, a luxury apartment community located at the Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles.

The community features 375 apartment homes and is within walking distance of the Howard Hughes Center, an urban development consisting of 1.8 million square feet of developed Class A office, retail, entertainment and sports club space.
