Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) rose three spots to #5 nationally in ApartmentRatings latest ranking of top multifamily management companies, earning recognition in the 35+ community portfolio category based on epIQ (Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient) Index scores. A Baltimore-based national real estate investor and operator active in 15 states, CRC owns and manages more than 10,000 apartment homes and has more than $4.2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). The twice-annual ranking is driven by verified resident feedback and online reputation data, reinforcing CRC’s people-first approach and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality resident experiences across its portfolio.

CRC achieved a SatisFacts Company Award with an overall score of 4.51 out of 5, and 33 CRC communities were also recognized with a SatisFacts Survey Award, reflecting strong resident satisfaction. All results are based on verified resident feedback captured through resident satisfaction surveys, and online reputation data, making the recognition a direct reflection of resident experience at CRC communities. In addition, three communities earned the epIQ Top Rated Award: McDonogh Township in Owings Mills, MD; Sweetgrass Landing in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; and The Village Apartments in Raleigh, North Carolina.

“Unbiased third-party surveys such as this are a critical component of how we evaluate and continuously improve our operational practices, ensuring we deliver best-in-class services to our residents,” stated Dana Caudell, CRC’s Executive Vice President, Multifamily Operations. “Achieving this high ranking, and having so many of our communities recognized for outstanding performance, is a clear and enduring testament to CRC’s customer-first philosophy. Exceeding the expectations of our residents, and maintaining the highest quality living environments, remain central priorities for our entire organization.”
