Minto Communities USA proudly announces that the company was honored with four awards at the 2025 Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA) PRISM Awards, which recognize outstanding achievement in homebuilding, architecture, design and innovation. The awards ceremony, held on November 19 at Benvenuto’s in Boynton Beach, showcased top talent from across Florida’s residential construction and development industry. 

Minto’s Westlake master-planned community in Central Palm Beach County earned top distinctions across several categories, reinforcing the company’s longstanding reputation for exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and forward-thinking planning. Members of Minto’s Westlake sales, design, and marketing teams attended the gala and accepted the awards which include:  

  • Platinum – New Construction – Single Family Detached (3,500–3,999 sq. ft. / Under $1,000,000): Kestrel Grand model 
  • Platinum – FPU Energy For Life Home: The Schefflera model 
  • Gold – New Construction – Single Family Detached (2,500–2,999 sq. ft. / Under $600,000): Azalea model 
  • Silver – New Construction – Single Family Detached (2,000–2,499 sq. ft. / Under $600,000): Sandhill model
