Grand opening attendees included New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson, City Manager Charles B. Members of the City's Development staff, including Commissioner Adam Salgado, Deputy Commissioner of Economic Development Carol Samol and Director of Planning and Sustainability Kevin Kain, also were on hand.
