The commercial real estate brokerage firm has specialized affordable housing real estate experience with Project-Based Section 8 (HUD / HAP), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and various other affordable housing programs.

Piatkowski, Wolf and Gallante remain active brokers, and are joined by affordable housing experts Monica Danek, Marketing Director, and Senior Advisors Danny Walker, Conor Reinke and Michael Yangas.
