Leading residential property management company makes annual list for second straight year, moves up to No. 199

For the second consecutive year, KWPMC was featured on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 Regionals list of Florida’s fastest-growing private companies. The company is No. 199 on the 2021 list – an impressive step-up from No. 227 on the 2020 list.
The 2021 Inc. 5000 Regionals rankings are based on percentage revenue growth when comparing 2017 and 2019.
Co-founded by Paul Kaplan and Robert White in 2004, KWPMC has also made the national Inc. 5000 rankings each of the last two years.
