Edgewood REIT purchased the 40-year-old complex in 2018, beginning the $1.5 million in exterior renovations under the supervision of TLC Properties in 2019.

Apartments Renovated with Modern Amenities
Interior remodels cost the property between $3,000 to $13,000 per unit and include upgrades to kitchens and baths, new flooring, paint, fixtures, and updated lighting. Exterior renovations include siding, roofing, redesigned patios, new patio doors, and windows.
The property has plans to refresh amenities, add new landscaping, and continue with interior and exterior improvements.
Westwood Residents Can Upgrade Their Homes
Westwood on Battlefield is offering current residents the opportunity to upgrade to remodeled space and is now leasing renovated one-and two-bedroom apartments to new residents. Westwood on Battlefield features a centralized swimming pool, fitness center, and more.
