BOSTON –  JLL Capital Markets announced today that Managing Director Martha Nay has been appointed to lead its newly formed multi-housing investment sales advisory team in its Boston office.

Los Angeles – Paul Rahimian, CEO and Founder of Parkview Financial, announced today the hiring of industry veteran Blake Rodgers as Senior Loan Originator. Based in Seattle, Blake will launch the firm’s first Pacific Northwest office, where he will focus on sourcing and executing commercial bridge and construction loan opportunities throughout the U.S.

In this role, Nieto will be responsible for the management and operations relating to acquisitions, due diligence, asset management and dispositions, deal sourcing, loan procurement and overseeing capital projects.
