KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, elevated Annet Bonzon to Vice President in Miami-Dade County. This promotion reflects Bonzon’s exceptional contributions to the company and extensive experience in property management and hospitality.
As Vice President, Bonzon will oversee KWPMC’s growth and activities in the pivotal Miami-Dade County market. Her focus will be on strengthening client relationships, developing high-performing management teams, enhancing KWPMC’s service standards, and improving operational processes.
Bonzon has excelled in multiple roles at KWPMC over the past nine years and brings a total of 15 years of hospitality experience to her new position.

Most recently, Bonzon served as District Manager at KWPMC, overseeing condominium and homeowners’ associations for properties ranging from 120 to 1,700 units. She has also worked with new developments and significant capital improvement projects at existing communities. Bonzon began her tenure at KWPMC as a General Manager before earning promotions to District Manager, and now Vice President.
A certified Community Association Manager (CAM), Bonzon also serves as a CAM Instructor for Gold Coast Schools, educating future and current licensed professionals through courses mandated by Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Bonzon earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida International University.
