KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPMC), a premier Florida-based association management company, promoted Zuly Maribona to Executive Vice President for Southwest and Central Florida. In her expanded role, Maribona will oversee operations, growth initiatives and food and beverage across both regions, supporting KWPMC’s continued expansion and commitment to service excellence.
Maribona’s promotion coincides with her recent appointment to the Board of Directors for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) South Gulf Coast Chapter, reflecting her growing leadership influence within the community association management industry.
Maribona joined KWPMC in 2008 as an Onsite Manager and has grown alongside the organization for more than 17 years. Throughout her tenure, she has held a range of leadership roles, including District Manager, Vice President, and most recently Senior Vice President of Business Development and Partner. Her background spans both operations and sales, providing a well-rounded perspective that uniquely positions her to lead KWPMC’s Southwest and Central Florida regions.
In her new role, Maribona will assume oversight of Southwest and Central Florida previously held by Oscar Borras, who will now focus on KWPMC’s Southeast region. Maribona will work closely with Borras and KWPMC President Jorge Lago to strengthen the company’s regional footprint, deepen client relationships and drive sustainable growth.
“Zuly’s journey at KWPMC exemplifies everything we stand for as an organization - growth, leadership development and a deep commitment to our people and clients,” KWPMC President Jorge Lago said. “Her ability to balance operational excellence with empathy and innovation makes her an exceptional leader. We are confident that under her leadership, our Southwest and Central Florida regions will continue to thrive.”
Known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, Maribona is widely respected for her people-first leadership style and passion for developing talent. Her appointment to the CAI South Gulf Coast Chapter Board of Directors further highlights her dedication to advancing best practices and professional standards across the industry.
“I am honored to step into this role and continue growing with KWPMC,” Maribona said. “This company has given me opportunities to learn, lead and serve alongside some of the most dedicated professionals in our industry. I am excited to work with our teams to support our communities, strengthen our operations and create meaningful growth across Southwest and Central Florida.”
