Los Angeles, CA - Dunleer, a Los Angeles-based private real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Rob Chase as Senior Acquisitions Associate. In his new role, Chase will underwrite multifamily assets and participate throughout the entire acquisition and closing process. 

Prior to joining Dunleer, Chase held the position of Acquisitions Associate at Tailwind Investment Group. He was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of the company's multifamily acquisitions across the western United States. He underwrote in excess of 600 deals totaling more than $25 billion in acquisitions across 35 markets, and supported the successful closing and due diligence of more than $485 million in national multifamily transactions. Prior to that, Chase held the position of Acquisitions Analyst at TruAmerica Multifamily, an owner and operator of multifamily real estate, where he underwrote more than $2 billion in acquisitions and supported the closing of over $500 million in transactions across the western U.S.

Chase graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with dual degrees in Business Administration and Accounting with a double concentration in Real Estate Finance and International Business.
