Gainesville's premier luxury real estate company Trimark Properties announced another addition to its growing marketing department. Laura Suarez will join the team as its Digital Marketing and Advertising Associate.

Announcing Suarez's appointment, Managing Partner John Fleming of Trimark Properties said: “We are pleased to welcome Laura to our team, her background and marketing experience will help us support Trimark and enable further continuous growth in the Gainesville Community.”

Suarez's role at Trimark will entail assisting in the marketing and advertising initiatives of Trimark's award-winning luxury portfolio of apartments near UF Sorority Row. These include - Estates at Sorority Row, Solaria, Tuscana to name a few. Suarez will be involved in floor plan layouts, virtual tours, community engagement with students attending the University of Florida and seeking off campus housing near UF Sorority Row. Trimark specializes in a high-demand area with their apartments near UF Sorority Row due to its proximity to the UF campus.

Sharing the same feelings about her hire, Suarez added: “I’m very excited about this opportunity, and I am looking forward to working on Trimark's portfolio of Luxury Apartments near UF Sorority Row. The timing couldn't be better as this is just before Sorority recruitment begins!”

At her previous position, Suarez worked for Boardroom PR, an integrated public relations and marketing agency based in Plantation, as a Multimedia Specialist. At the agency, Suarez managed video production, design, social media and website management for clients in various industries including healthcare, law, non-profit, retail and real estate.

Suarez holds a degree in Broadcasting from the University of Miami. After living in South Florida for most of her life, she now calls Gainesville her home. She enjoys an active lifestyle along her husband and their two loving children.
