Greenline Apartment Management, sister company of Three Pillars Capital Group – a vertically integrated private equity firm specializing in Class B and C multifamily,  today announced new hire Amit Airon has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations. 

In his role at Greenline, Airon will oversee the firm’s operations to maximize returns and improve the company’s organizational strategies. He will work closely with Greenline’s team of on-site regional supervisors, and property managers to implement capital improvement plans that refine on-site asset performance, as well as manage talent management, marketing,  lease-up efforts and resident retention. Currently, Greenline has a portfolio of apartment communities in Texas and Oklahoma. Amit will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in new markets.

Prior to Greenline, Airon oversaw property management operations at a number of firms for more than a decade, including Ashford Communities and Monument Property Management. Amit was instrumental and a key player in the 5x growth of Ashford Communities during his time with the company.
