Jason Nieves is the Business Development Manager for the Tampa Bay Area. He has over 13 years of experience in healthcare operations and sales, focusing on sales development and supporting high-performing sales teams. Before joining KWPMC, Jason was Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Meridian Senior Living. He was also instrumental in the transition of properties through acquisitions and dispositions throughout his career.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The State University of New York at Oswego and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Tampa. Jason is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Florida.
