Carolina Serrano serves in Miami Dade County and Brad Baecht in Palm Beach County, both with exceptional backgrounds in property management
KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier residential property management company and one of Florida’s fastest-growing private companies overall, made significant additions to its team with the arrival of Carolina Serrano in Miami Dade County and Brad Baecht in Palm Beach County. As Vice President, Serrano hopes to bring a unique vision to enhance KWPMC’s activities in the Miami market, while Baecht is working to expand the company’s footprint in the growing Palm Beach market.
Serrano, a Colombian lawyer, began her career in hospitality at Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach before joining the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as a residence manager. She spent 14 years with the Four Seasons, gaining valuable experience before advancing to become the regional director of residences for the hotel.
“I am excited to join KWPMC and help create more growth in the booming Miami market,” said Serrano. “My goal is to manage the operations team in my region effectively and carry out the continued success at each KWPMC property.”
Baecht is a decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the Boca West Master Association. Baecht has received numerous awards for his leadership and excellence and is certified as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Additionally, he is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
