GREENSBRO, N.C. (February 11, 2022) – Presidia Asset Management, a full-service real estate firm offering brokerage, property management and consulting services, has announced that Lesly Jones has joined the company as Director of Property Management Operations
Jones will oversee expanding, managing, and driving Presidia’s growing local and regional multifamily portfolio across the Southeast with a focus on North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
Her addition rounds out the executive team comprised of Controller Nikko Tanksley, MBA; Human Resources Officer Laurie Rompala JD, and President Gina Hensley CPM CCIM.

Jones brings over 20 years of in-depth commercial real estate experience in multifamily property management, marketing, and operations, with a proven record of portfolio growth to her new role.
Commercial real estate career highlights include corporate marketing and training director responsible for 15,000 units of new construction and lease-up properties, asset valuation and over-all profitability leading to negotiations and acquisitions, new business implementation and repositioning assets to achieve greater financial performance through marketing solutions and physical asset improvements.
