Jaime Sturgis-led firm completes fourth office expansion in four years; bolsters team with three new real estate agents
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Dec. 2, 2021 – Native Realty, the Jaime Sturgis-led real estate firm that is disrupting the industry and placemaking South Florida’s hottest neighborhoods, relocated its corporate headquarters to a new Fort Lauderdale office that is double the size of its previous headquarters. The 4,000-square-foot office is located at 1926 E. Sunrise Blvd. in the city’s Victoria Park neighborhood.
This is Native’s fourth office expansion in four years due to the firm’s aggressive growth. Sturgis launched Native in early 2017 and quickly assembled a team of top-producing brokers and associates. He has since developed a Property Management division to make Native a full-service, vertically integrated firm.
The new office’s exterior is adorned with a colorful mural of South Florida’s flora and fauna. Inside, a bright neon sign glows Native’s mantra “LOI or Die” on the wall of the office’s expansive kitchen and dining table. Interior features include multiple conference rooms and lounge areas, ping pong and billiards tables, putting green, individual workstations and open workspaces to encourage collaboration.
“Our new headquarters gives us a strong presence on a prominent Fort Lauderdale corridor,” Sturgis said. “It provides us with room to continue growing our team of talented and passionate agents moving forward. We are excited about this new chapter for Native.”
Native also added three new real estate agents to its growing roster: Will Grace, Donnie Jenkins and Stacy Karst.
A Chicago transplant, Grace focuses on working with owners and operators throughout the investment life cycle, from acquisition to disposition.
Jenkins comes to Native with vast hospitality experience and is leveraging that background for clients in Fort Lauderdale and throughout South Florida. He also has experience with retail and office space.
Karst is a native Floridian who has nearly two decades of real estate experience, including successfully starting up a real estate brokerage and working in property management.
