Located at 15650 Lyons Road, the 153–unit community will feature 92 independent living apartments and 61 assisted living residences, offering a sophisticated, amenity-rich environment designed to support comfort, wellness, and an elevated lifestyle for seniors. The community will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences.
All Seasons Delray will feature an extensive collection of luxury amenities, including a resort-style pool, landscaped courtyard, lakeside views, an upscale pub and dining venues, a theatre, library, game room, fitness center, pottery and arts studios, multipurpose activity spaces, and a small on-site medical center for added resident convenience. Completion of All Seasons Delray is expected in Q1 of 2028.
