Chapco Design Build, a division of build-to-rent general contractor Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), announced that framing is underway on the clubhouse at Quinn Residences at Snapping Shoals, a dedicated rental community in McDonough, Georgia. Construction is also progressing on the community’s swimming pool as the firm works to complete the full amenity package this year. 

Once complete, the 4,700-square-foot clubhouse will serve as a central gathering place for residents. Planned features include a business center, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace designed to support both everyday use and community events. The amenity complex spans approximately 2.4 acres and will offer a variety of recreational and outdoor spaces, including a pickleball court, playground, dog park, and nature trails that encourage an active lifestyle close to home.
