ANF, a full-service construction and development firm, recently celebrated the topping out of Skye Apartments, the second phase of the Parks at Delray development. This milestone marks significant progress on the 43-acre mixed-use community along the growing Congress Avenue corridor. Skye is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in 2027.

Located at 2350 S. Congress Avenue near Old Germantown Road, Skye will deliver 327 apartments, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from approximately 560 to 1,427 square feet, along with townhomes ranging from 1,670 to 1,770 square feet.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a resort-style pool with cabanas and bar, parks with jogging trails, barbecue areas, a playground, coworking spaces, a dog park, a fitness center with yoga room, and a clubroom with demonstration kitchen.

ANF previously completed Savio, Phase One of Parks at Delray, which delivered 420 residential units consisting of apartments and townhomes, along with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, social lounge, and expansive green space.

The community is being developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International, in partnership with CDS International Holdings and Wexford Capital. MSA Architects is the project architect, and ANF serves as the general contractor for the residential components.

Upon completion, Parks at Delray will include 747 multifamily units, with approximately 10% designated as workforce housing to support local affordability initiatives.
