ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, is proud to announce it has been named the construction manager for All Seasons Delray, a new luxury senior living community being developed by Beztak in Delray Beach, located in Palm Beach County.

Located at 15650 Lyons Road, the 153–unit community will feature 92 independent living apartments and 61 assisted living residences, offering a sophisticated, amenity-rich environment designed to support comfort, wellness, and an elevated lifestyle for seniors. The community will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences.

All Seasons Delray will feature an extensive collection of luxury amenities, including a resort-style pool, landscaped courtyard, lakeside views, an upscale pub and dining venues, a theatre, library, game room, fitness center, pottery and arts studios, multipurpose activity spaces, and a small on-site medical center for added resident convenience.

Completion of All Seasons Delray is expected in Q1 of 2028.
