Located at 447 17th Street, 17th & Broadway includes a large public art feature constructed by local Oakland artist David Huffman. Oakland’s Uptown and Old Town districts are easily accessible from the community and Downtown San Francisco is within a 12-minute commute. The community also offers near-immediate access to the area’s key thoroughfares and two BART stations (12th and 19th streets).
