The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge), a premier owner, developer and manager of multifamily communities, announces the addition of Jennifer Ipock as Vice President of Operations. Ipock is based in Bainbridge’s Charlotte office and will support operational strategy across the company’s growing portfolio.

Ipock brings more than 25 years of multifamily management experience, having partnered with best-in-class multifamily developers and institutional owners. A dynamic leader with a passion for teambuilding, she has a proven track record in lease-up execution and reposition management, consistently driving performance and operational excellence.

In her new role, Ipock will oversee operational strategy and performance, support onsite leadership teams and help advance Bainbridge’s commitment to delivering best-in-class living experiences. Prior to joining Bainbridge, she served as Sr. Director of Operations at RKW Residential, overseeing operational strategy for a diverse portfolio of communities throughout the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia.
