The seasoned professional will enhance established developer relationships and foster new partnerships, as KWPMC continues to expand its portfolio of luxury properties.
Larrieu, Jr. has more than 25 years of leadership experience across high-end hotels, resorts and condominium communities. He is known for driving operational excellence, strategic planning and client relationship management, leading large-scale teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and executing complex projects.

As General Manager at Park Grove in Miami’s Coconut Grove, Larrieu, Jr.’s leadership was instrumental in implementing a five-year strategic plan to enhance resident satisfaction and financial stability at the luxury condo community. In his previous role as General Manager at Benchmark Hotels, Larrieu, Jr. led a team overseeing Beachwalk Resort & Residences in Hallandale Beach. He also oversaw resort operations for Wyndham, Hilton Hotels and Sol Melia Vacation Ownership.
