ANF, a leading South Florida-based construction and development firm, is proud to announce that it has been named the construction manager for Parks at Davie, a 383-unit multifamily development located in the heart of Broward County.

Parks at Davie is being developed through a joint venture between 13th Floor Investments and JSB Capital Group. The 21.2-acre site is located at the northwest corner of Davie Road and SW 37th Street, adjacent to the east side of the Broward College campus.

Designed by Corwil Architects, the community will include four five-story residential buildings, a clubhouse, and 6,200 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project will offer one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 568 to 1,415 square feet, with upscale finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and nine-foot ceilings.

Amenities will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, and co-working spaces—catering to the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Broward County. Approximately 77 units will be designated as workforce housing for residents earning up to 120% of the area median income, in alignment with local affordability goals.

Previously part of a Broward College parking lot, the site provides convenient access to I-595, Florida’s Turnpike, and U.S. 441, as well as nearby shops, restaurants, and public transit. Its location makes it ideal for students, professionals, and families. Completion of Parks at Davie is expected in 2027.
