Matterport has built the world’s most advanced platform for quickly and easily creating, understanding and distributing 3D models of real-world spaces. The company also has the world’s largest library of 3D virtual tours, consisting of over 1 million 3D models of real-world spaces. Realync offers a real-time video platform that allows prospects to take both live and pre-recorded video tours of an apartment community. The offerings are now seamlessly integrated with Power Pro Leasing, allowing leasing associates to access and share them with a tap of the finger.

The Power Pro app integrates with property management software from RealPage and Yardi; with the LRO, Yieldstar and RentMax revenue management solutions; with the Lead2Lease, iLoveLeasing and Yardi lead management solutions; and with solutions from Helix Media 360°, which provides custom, 360° virtual tours for apartment communities.
