For the first time in RKW’s four-year history, the company appears in the Charlotte Business Journal’s annual list of the largest property management companies in the area.

Each year, the publication conducts extensive research of property management companies across all real estate sectors to determine the most active companies in and around Charlotte. The List is based on total square feet managed. RKW is ranked No. 12 in the newly released 2018 list, with a Charlotte-area portfolio of 4.83 million square feet under management.
