In a partnership with San Diego-based D.K. Realty Holdings, LLC, Pathfinder Partners, LLC is nearing completion on downtown Ramona’s newest multifamily community – finalizing construction on the model units at Paseo Village Townhomes in Ramona. Located in the heart of rapidly growing Ramona in northeast San Diego County, the new, 31-unit, nine-building luxury development is at Day and La Brea streets. A public grand opening – unveiling three newly complete and fully furnished models – will be held Saturday, July 14, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

San Diego-based Pathfinder, which specializes in opportunistic and value-add multifamily real estate investments, acquired the 2.5-acre parcel – complete with approved architectural plans – in late 2016. The remaining units in the community will be completed this fall.

Paseo Village’s three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, Craftsman-style homes – each with a two-car, direct-access garage – are 1,577 to 1,632  square feet. Prices start in the 400,000s.

All homes feature high-end flooring; gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, Shaker cabinets and Samsung appliances; smart home features; solar options; private patios or balconies and views of the surrounding Laguna Mountains. The community includes a barbecue area and green belts and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Residents will also enjoy close proximity to boutiques, galleries, wineries, award-winning schools, parks, hiking trails, horseback riding and golf courses.

According to Matt Quinn, vice president of Pathfinder Partners, Paseo Village is one of very few new home communities in Ramona. “We are excited to be an integral part of the Ramona community, which offers all the conveniences of city living – coupled with a relaxed country ambiance – an appealing combination.”

Crowbar Construction is the general contractor for the development and Bruce Steingraber of Ramona-based Progressive Images, the architect. Robert Dudek of The Blu Summit Real Estate Group is overseeing sales and marketing.
