Leading property management company adds Stephanie Brown as Senior Vice President of Client Services
RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL, a leading multifamily property management company, continues to enjoy substantial growth in its portfolio of units under management and recruit talented industry professionals to its leadership team to support the expansion. In the latest example, the company has made a significant addition to its Florida operation with the hiring of Stephanie Brown as Senior Vice President of Client Services.
Brown joins RKW with the responsibility to head new business development efforts nationally for the company. She has more than 20 years of multifamily property management experience and previously served as Director of Business Development for The Rainmaker Group. Her career also includes long-term positions at Trammell Crow Residential Services, where she was named partner, and Riverstone Residential Group.
“When I am asked how we have been able to increase our portfolio so quickly throughout the Southeast, I always point to our talented and dedicated people,” said Marcie Williams, president of RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL. “I have no doubt the addition of Stephanie will be a catalyst for continued growth in numerous markets. Brown serves on the regional board for Apartment Life in Orlando. The nonprofit organization assists apartment communities through its CARES program, in which members partner with management teams to build community through resident outreach and social events.

A Finance major and Real Estate Finance minor, Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut. She has held a broker and appraiser license in the State of Connecticut.
