Appoints Pamela Linden as General Counsel, Adam Fruitbine as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, Jonathan Brundige as Managing Director of Capital Markets and Teresa DeVos as Managing Director of Property Operations
STAMFORD, CT — December 6, 2017 -- Waypoint Residential, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on the U.S. rental housing sector, has expanded its leadership team with the recent appointments of Pamela Linden as General Counsel, Adam Fruitbine as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, Jonathan Brundige as Managing Director of Capital Markets and Teresa DeVos as Managing Director of Property Operations.

Pamela Linden brings more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry to Waypoint Residential, including acquisitions, capital markets, finance and corporate issues. As General Counsel, Pamela will provide legal oversight for the operations, management, transaction and capital markets teams. She most recently served as Director and Counsel for Westbrook Partners, where she was responsible for the legal oversight of the company’s global real estate and corporate transactions. Prior to Westbrook, Linden was a Partner at Greenberg Traurig. Pamela holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Florida. She will be based in Waypoint’s Boca Raton office.
Adam Fruitbine is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of real estate investment, development, portfolio management and capital markets experience. In his new role, Fruitbine will lead Waypoint’s capital raising and distribution activities. Adam was most recently a Partner at Alliance Residential Company, where he was responsible for the company’s institutional fundraising efforts and portfolio management. Previously, Adam was also a Partner at The Tuckerman Group. Adam earned a B.B.A. from The George Washington University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He will be based in the firm’s Stamford office.

Jonathan Brundige brings more than 18 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, management, structuring and marketing to Waypoint Residential. In his new role, Jonathan will be responsible for overseeing the launch of new investment products, including development of offering materials and marketing to prospective investors. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Candlebrook Properties, Executive Director at Junius Real Estate Partners and Associate General Counsel at Broadway Partners. Jonathan holds a B.S. from St. Lawrence University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. Jonathan will be based in Waypoint’s Stamford office.
Teresa DeVos brings over 25 years of experience to Waypoint Residential, with expertise in asset and portfolio management across various property types, including strategic repositioning of multifamily assets. Based in Waypoint’s Atlanta office, Teresa will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset management plans for Waypoint’s portfolio. She will also oversee operations for Waypoint Management Services, an affiliate that provides full-service multifamily property management. Teresa joins Waypoint from the Carroll Organization where she was a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and Principal for Pinnacle Companies. Teresa earned a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida and holds the MAI designation.
