LandSouth Breaks Ground on Luxury Apartments in Port St. Lucie

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – LandSouth Construction, an award-winning Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior living and mixed-use development has broken ground on Gatlin Commons, a $35 million luxury apartment community in Port St. Lucie, Fla.

 Developers PRM Gatlin/Port St. Lucie Owner, LLC and Rosser Aledo Partners, LLC have chosen James S. Carr AIA & Associates as the architect for the six building, three-story development that sits on 15 beautifully landscaped acres. Completion is scheduled for October 2019.
